At Urbana Mobilier, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, upon presentation of the original receipt and only after receipt and inspection of said goods to be in satisfactory condition at Urbana Warehouse

All regular priced furniture items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable, and customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to the Urbana Mobilier warehouse.

All sale furniture, clearance furniture, floor models, mattresses and special-order furniture are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return.

Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original invoice.  Returns will be credited using the original method of payment.

All of Urbana Mobilier items come with a one (1) year warranty valid from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents and stains. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, are not covered by this guarantee.

The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.
