In-store pick-up

You will receive an email confirmation and or a call from our sales representative when all your items have left our distribution center and ready for pick-up at the store. The original receipt or e-mail receipt is required at the time of pick-up. Orders that are not picked up within 48 hours of becoming available for pick-up will be cancelled and a return fee will be charged to the client.

Please ensure the vehicle used for the pick-up will accommodate the merchandise in its original packaging. Urbana Mobilier personnel is not responsible for loading the merchandise into your vehicle and cannot be held responsible for merchandise that cannot be loaded into your vehicle due to their weight and/or dimensions.

Home delivery service

Our shipping options are one flat rate whether you’re ordering one or multiple items, your shipping rate remains the same low price. Shipping options and charges can be selected and changed at checkout.

  • $50 flat-rate for furniture deliveries on the islands of Montreal and Laval. 
  • $100 for deliveries in the Province of Quebec outside of MTL, LVL
  • $150 for deliveries in the Province of Ontario
  • $300 for deliveries in the Maritime Provinces
  • Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address

    **Additional charges can apply for deliveries to remote areas. Rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis. We’ll get in touch after your order is placed if this impacts you to discuss delivery. Please note that some shipping options may not be available in remote areas of Canada. If you are unsure if you are in our standard service, please get in touch and we would be happy to confirm.

    We are unable to ship to PO boxes. 


    Items are typically delivered within one week of ordering. Leading up to delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order.

    Before completing your order

    Be sure to carefully measure your door frames and hallways to determine the best path for your new furniture. If we are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, cancellation fees and all repacking fees.

    Please contact us at least three days prior to your delivery date in case you would like to change your shipping date or address. If you need to update your delivery address once your order is already on its way, you will be charged a rerouting fee. If you cancel your order once it has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping and return-shipping charges.

    Delivery Day

    Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option. Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. It is recommended that you review your packing slip before the delivery personnel leaves and advise them of any discrepancies.

    Please indicate on your packing slip if delivered products are damaged, defective, or there was an incident during delivery, you should report the problem to the delivery person immediately, who will note the nature of the problem on the packing slip. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise, keep all contents and their original packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken.
